1. Our Commitment
AI360° Network believes that the operational systems we build should serve every business, and the website that introduces those systems should serve every visitor. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not an afterthought.
2. Conformance Target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA defines clear, measurable criteria for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
3. Measures We Take
To support that goal we:
- Use semantic HTML and meaningful headings on every page.
- Provide a "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Use sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Provide descriptive alt text on meaningful images and aria-hidden on decorative ones.
- Label every form field, including the multi-step audit intake.
- Support keyboard navigation throughout — tab, shift-tab, enter, escape.
- Honor
prefers-reduced-motionon the cinematic hero (animations are reduced or disabled when this preference is set). - Test against modern assistive technologies during major releases.
4. Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with:
- Recent versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
- Mobile Safari and Chrome on iOS and Android.
- Common assistive technologies including VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android), JAWS, and NVDA.
- System-level zoom up to 200%, browser-level reflow, and reduced-motion settings.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, the following are known limitations as of the date above:
- Cinematic desktop hero (WebGL). The Three.js scroll experience on the home page is visual-first and uses motion to communicate the message. We provide a fully static, content-equivalent hero on mobile and respect
prefers-reduced-motionon desktop. Users who depend on screen readers receive the captions as standard text. - Third-party embeds. The GoHighLevel calendar widget on the audit success page (when activated) is provided by GoHighLevel and we cannot fully control its accessibility. If you encounter issues with it, please contact us using the methods below and we will assist you in scheduling by phone or email.
We treat these as ongoing work and will update this statement as we improve.
6. Alternatives
If any portion of our website is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information or service through an alternative channel — phone call, email, or scheduled video call — at no cost. Just reach out using the contact information below.
7. Feedback
We welcome accessibility feedback and bug reports. If you discover a barrier on our website, please tell us. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
